Seller and invoice issuer
The Alfabet Genialshop, available at alfabetgenial.ro, is operated by Marketing Extrem SRL, Tax ID (CUI) 51660990, Trade Register number J2025028326004, EUID ROONRC.J2025028326004. Registered office: Strada Dănulești 7, Sector 2, București, 023081, Romania.
Editura Apis operates within Marketing Extrem SRL. The company sells its publications in its own name, as seller and publisher, and issues fiscal documents for orders. The shop is not a marketplace for third-party sellers.

Products and prices
The range includes printed books and digital products. Format, price and availability are shown on each product page. Prices are in Romanian lei (RON) and are final product prices. Marketing Extrem SRL was not registered for VAT as at 15 September 2026. Shipping within Romania is charged separately at 20 lei per order; the total is displayed before you submit the order.
Placing an order
Choose products and quantities, check your basket and enter the details required for invoicing and delivery. You can correct details and products before submitting the order. A customer account is optional. Use a valid email address for order communications.
Submitting an order entails an obligation to pay the displayed total. The automatic receipt message confirms registration of the order. Acceptance is communicated through confirmation of processing or dispatch. If we cannot fulfil the order, we will inform you and refund the amount collected. We do not replace products or change prices without your agreement.
Payment and invoicing
You may use the payment methods actually available at checkout. Card payments are authorised by the processor displayed on the payment form. Do not send complete card details by email or telephone.
Marketing Extrem SRL issues the invoice using the details supplied in your order, through the Oblio invoicing system. Contact us promptly to correct any details.
Delivery
Digital products are delivered immediately after payment.
Physical products in stock are delivered within Romania by courier in 2 working days from payment confirmation, with possible variations depending on current circumstances. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days. See the details on our Delivery. Automatic delivery to the Republic of Moldova is not available at this stage.
Cancellation, withdrawal and non-conforming products
To cancel before dispatch, write to us quoting your order number. Consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal and rights concerning conformity of goods. The procedure, costs and address are set out on our Returns and withdrawal.
Copyright
Buying a copy does not transfer copyright in the book or the right to reproduce and distribute its content. Uses permitted by law remain applicable. Digital editions will have their specific use and delivery conditions displayed before purchase.
Complaints and dispute resolution
We seek to resolve complaints sent to magazin@alfabetgenial.ro amicably. Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection and alternative dispute resolution bodies without restricting access to the competent courts.
These terms do not restrict mandatory consumer rights. Each order is governed by the information and conditions communicated when it is placed.
