Send returns to Tehron Machines, Strada Fântânii 25, Brașov, Romania. This is the logistics recipient for returns; Marketing Extrem SRL remains the seller and invoice issuer. The registered office in Bucharest is not a returns address.
Right of withdrawal for printed books
Consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving a reason, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 34/2014. For goods delivered separately, the period begins when the last item is received. Send a clear withdrawal statement to the email above. Use of the template below is optional.
Return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. You meet the deadline if you dispatch them before it expires. The customer pays the direct return shipping cost for withdrawal unrelated to non-conformity. Package books to protect them during transport.
Refunds
We refund the amounts due, including standard delivery costs for withdrawal from the entire order, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. We use the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise at no cost to you. We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods or proof of dispatch, whichever comes first. We are not obliged to refund the extra cost of a service more expensive than standard delivery.
You are liable only for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. Any reduction will be justified. We do not charge an automatic restocking fee.
Damaged, incorrect or non-conforming products
Contact us with your order number and a description of the problem. For damage visible on delivery, ask the courier to record it and keep photographs of the parcel and products. The absence of a courier report does not remove your statutory rights regarding non-conformity.
Statutory remedies for non-conforming products apply separately from withdrawal without a reason. Goods are brought into conformity at no cost to the consumer, including necessary shipping, under Romanian Emergency Ordinance 140/2021. Agree the shipping arrangements with us for such a claim.
Cancellation before dispatch
To cancel an order before dispatch, email magazin@alfabetgenial.ro with your order number. If already dispatched, you may exercise the right of withdrawal under the conditions above.
Withdrawal notice template
To Marketing Extrem SRL, magazin@alfabetgenial.ro:
I hereby notify you that I withdraw from the contract for [products], order [number], ordered on [date] and received on [date]. Name: […]. Address: […]. Confirmation email: […]. Date: […]. A signature is required only for a notice sent on paper.
This information concerns printed books sold to consumers. Mandatory statutory rights remain applicable.
