Delivery of printed books in Romania
We deliver by courier to the address entered in your order. Shipping costs 20 lei per order, in addition to the book prices. The cost is displayed before you submit the order.
Delivery takes 2 working days from payment confirmation, for products in stock. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not working days. If there is a delay, we will contact you using your order details.
Check your address, postcode and telephone number carefully. To correct them, contact us as soon as possible at magazin@alfabetgenial.ro or +40 771 111 889, quoting your order number.
Receiving your parcel
If damage is visible, please ask the courier to record it and keep photographs of the parcel and books. Contact us to resolve the issue. The absence of a delivery damage report does not remove your statutory rights concerning non-conforming products.
Republic of Moldova
Automatic delivery to the Republic of Moldova is not available at this stage. Contact us about possible shipping before placing or paying for an order. The 20 lei charge and delivery time above apply only to Romania.
